Shipping & Delivery Policy – New Wave Peptides LTD
At New Wave Peptides, we aim to ensure that all orders are processed quickly and securely. Here’s what you need to know before placing your order:
UK Delivery Only
We currently only deliver to the UK.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. Please allow time for tracking updates, as these are managed externally by the courier service.
Delivery Services
We work with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail and DPD to deliver your items as efficiently as possible. While we aim for fast turnaround times, delivery dates are not guaranteed unless you select a guaranteed delivery service at checkout.
Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. weather, courier network issues). In such cases, we will escalate any issues on your behalf to assist with resolution.
Returns Policy
At New Wave Peptides LTD, we take the quality and integrity of our products extremely seriously. We are committed to providing only the highest standards, and every product undergoes careful handling and packaging before dispatch.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on change of mind or if the item is no longer required. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not up to expected quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Each case is reviewed individually, and we are always happy to work with our customers to resolve any quality concerns promptly and professionally.
Parcels In Transit
We are unable to refund or resend parcels while they are still marked as in transit. If your parcel is returned to sender or marked as undeliverable, we will issue a refund or replacement only once it has been received back at our facility.
Claims for lost parcels will be investigated with the courier. Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the courier confirms the case is closed. This process can take up to 15 working days for UK deliveries.
Important Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to reroute parcels once they have been dispatched.
- For security reasons, we do not alter shipping details after an order is placed, unless the change is clearly requested during checkout.
- During sales events, high-volume periods, or when security checks are required, same-day dispatch may not always be possible.
