Shipping & Delivery Policy

At New Wave Peptides, a trading name of New Wave Solutions Limited., we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly, securely and accurately.

UK & Ireland Delivery

We currently deliver to the UK and Ireland using Royal Mail.

Dispatch Times (GMT)

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday to Friday are typically dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will normally be dispatched on the next dispatch day.

We also dispatch orders on Saturdays. Orders placed before 10:00 AM on Saturday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Saturday will normally be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.

We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed on the next available dispatch day.

We currently offer the following Royal Mail delivery services:

Delivery Costs

Our current delivery charges for the UK and Northern Ireland are:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.50
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: £9.95

Republic of Ireland:

  • Royal Mail International Tracked: £6.60

Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is our standard tracked delivery service.

Estimated transit time: 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 parcels on the next working day following dispatch. However, this is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not a guaranteed next-day service. Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to delays within the Royal Mail network or circumstances outside our control.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

For customers requiring a guaranteed delivery service, we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

Where available and selected at checkout, this service provides delivery by 1:00 PM on the applicable delivery day, subject to Royal Mail's service terms and any applicable geographical restrictions.

Please note: The delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched. Selecting a faster delivery service does not override our order processing or dispatch times.

Royal Mail International Tracked

Royal Mail International Tracked is our tracked delivery service for international orders to the Republic of Ireland.

Estimated transit times from dispatch:

  • Republic of Ireland: 3–5 working days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. International deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, local postal services, delays within the delivery network or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided following dispatch so that customers can monitor the progress of their delivery.

Saturday Dispatch

We dispatch qualifying orders on Saturdays when they are placed before 10:00 AM.

Please be aware that Royal Mail delivery times and service guarantees may differ at weekends. Saturday dispatch does not necessarily mean that your parcel will be delivered on Sunday.

Bank Holidays

We do not dispatch orders on UK Bank Holidays.

Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will normally be processed and dispatched on the next available dispatch day, subject to our normal cut-off times.

Bank Holidays may also affect Royal Mail collection, processing and delivery times. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive around Bank Holiday periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

Please allow time for the tracking information to update after dispatch. Tracking information is provided and managed by Royal Mail and may not update immediately after your parcel has been collected.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates for Royal Mail Tracked 24 are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside the control of New Wave Solutions Limited, including Royal Mail delays, severe weather, operational disruption, Bank Holidays and other events affecting the postal network.

If receiving your order by a particular date is important, we recommend selecting Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm where available.

Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your Royal Mail tracking information first.

A parcel will not be considered lost solely because it has been delayed.

If there has been no meaningful tracking update or your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@newwavepeptides.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate the delivery with Royal Mail where appropriate.

Lost Parcels

Where a parcel is suspected to be lost, we will review the tracking and dispatch information and, where appropriate, raise an investigation with Royal Mail.

A parcel will only be treated as lost once it meets Royal Mail's applicable criteria for a lost item or Royal Mail confirms that the parcel cannot be recovered.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

For security reasons, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed, and we are unable to reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched.

New Wave Solutions Limited cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

Orders Returned to Sender

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel and it is returned to sender, please contact us once the tracking information shows that the parcel is being returned.

We must wait for the parcel to arrive back with us before we can take further action.

  • We do not dispatch on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.
  • Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed during particularly busy periods, promotions or where additional security checks are required.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 is an estimated next-working-day service and is not guaranteed.
  • Tracking details are sent by email following dispatch.
  • Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
